The Reduction of NO by CO on Copper Mordenite

Abstract
Copper oxide was loaded on hydrogen-mordenites as impregnated state with different contents. These copper-mordenites were characterized to know the formation of copper ion and CuO particles over H-mordenites and tested with the NO reduction activity by CO. The results lead to the conclusions that copper ion concentration over mordenite as well as the reduction activity increased simultaniously with the copper loading content indicating a maximum activity in which highest concentration of active sites may be created.
